From time to time, the Mission holds special events to raise support for specific programs, highlight an urgent need, or celebrate the holidays. Coming out to these events, or even volunteering at one, is a great way for you, your family, or a group you’re part of to really make a difference for our neighbors in need! RED RIBBON CHRISTMAS OUTREACH KOKOMO DELIVERY DRIVERS

We are need of volunteers the morning of Friday, December 17th to deliver Red Ribbon Christmas boxes! Boxes are bulky and heavy so a van, truck, or SUV works best. You will need to have at least one other person with you to deliver gifts as some boxes may be heavy or awkward to carry. All drivers must be registered prior to the event. RED RIBBON CHRISTMAS OUTREACH GIFT WRAPPING

We love to wrap Christmas gifts and enjoy the fellowship with our friends in the community at our gift wrapping nights for the Red Ribbon Christmas boxes. Regretfully, due to the size of our warehouse, and our staff shortage, the Kokomo Rescue Mission will not be able to host Gift Wrapping Nights this year. We will be putting rolls of wrapping paper in the boxes so the gifts can be wrapped by those receiving the boxes. We can still use your help by purchasing 30″ rolls of Christmas Wrapping Paper that we will be placing in the boxes. The wrapping paper can be brought to the Main office, 321 W. Mulberry St., Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Thank you for you past support and understanding.
